REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of food items, refunds are handled carefully.

1. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Food delivered is spoiled or unsafe

  • Incorrect food item delivered

  • Order not delivered

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste preference issues

  • Delayed delivery (unless extreme)

3. Refund Process

  • Refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests can be sent via email or customer support

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
